Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear there is a possibility of your developed artificial sweetener like aspartamine allergy may cause nausea. Other possibilities of excessive amount of cans per day can cause metabolic syndrome. Other unknown side effects also will be there. If you're feeling nausea just quit and see.. Weather your nausea due to soft drink or other foods. I think I answered to your question if you have any questions please feel free to ask.
