Does Coffee Intake Cause Bloating In Stomach?

I drink a cup of coffee every morining in order to use the restroom, I can go up to 4 days without using the restroom. I feel bloaded by that time. Also, I sit down at work for long periods of time so I don't know if that has anything to do with it, but when I do not use the restroom daily, by the time that I do use the restroom, it hurts and I bleed from my bottom, even after I am through using the restroom, I still feel some pain on my bottom. What can this be? Also, when I use the restroom after not using it for days, I can hear my bowel sounds. I'm 20 years old and i'm 4'11.

What is your weight. U need to consult doctor . its not good to get fresh so late or not daily. Yes it can be reason for your bloated stomach. Symptoms u told need immediate action. Consult your doctor immediately. You need tobahve fibre rich food to get good motion and avoid acidity or bloating. Have salads twice daily. Eat lots of green vegetables daily. Eat fruits twice a day avoid juices. Eat sprouts in your breakfast. Include brown bread vegetables sandwich for munching. Eat curds buttermilk on regular basis. Use channa murmura for munching. Have lot of water. Drink lemon water. Use buttermilk. Have little walk regularly. Have proper sleep of 8 hrs. Eat small and frequent meals. Consult dietician with your weight and diet routine.
