hi dear. chemotherapy may cause decrease in sperm count or even sterlity. better idea is to get a semen analysis done. usually it doesn't cause premature ejaculation. the weakness resulting from chemotherapy may cause sex life difficulty otherwise fine.

Oncologist Dr. Deepak Sundriyal's  Response
Hello dear. Chemotherapy has no effect on sex or premature ejaculation. However. some types of chemotherapy (MOPP regimen, BEACOPP) can affect sperm count and quality. YOu need to discuss with your doctor regarding what chemo you received.
Hope you understand
Thanks
