Does Burning Itchy Boils In Groin Along With Skin Rash All Oiver The Body Indicate Staph Infection?

Ihad a boil in my groin area which I treated with tea tree oil which worked. I have developed a skin rash on body predominantly on my upper body it has been a couple of weeks i went to urgent care the doctor gave me predisone 20 mg, but i cant take it bad side effects so i stopped after 1 dose. I am getting 2 more boils in the same area. Still have the rash. It is itchy, burning like fiberglass.can you tellme if this could be a staph infection.
