Does Bruise With Chest Pain Indicate Fracture?
I was in a car accident 4 days ago. I felt the strong pull of the seat belt. next day I noticed a big bruise with the shape of the seat belt extending to the whole right breast and started to feel pain in the front and back of right side of chest, specially with coughing, sneezing or even using my right arm. Is this a fracture or a fissure of the rib or not ? and why ? thanks

Only an X rays can reviel this and if required A CT Scan. Best thing right now is that use a chest Belt by the name of Ribs belt. take some NSAID combination with serratiopeptidase.
