Does Blood In Urine Means Having High Level Of Ammonia?

Hello doctor i have friend that have lot health issue ok he's has high blood pressure that won't stay at normal rate he confusion about a lot of things he's had blood in his urine I'm think his have a high level of ammonia in his body and are saying that he had schizophrenia I just don't believe that what do you think

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Blood in urine may be due to urinary infection, kidney stone or mass in kidney or bladder. He should go for ultrasound abdomen. High ammonia is due to liver disease so for that liver function test should be done and plan according to liver function test and ultrasound report.

For schizophrenia consult your treating psychiatrist.
