Does Bath Salts Cause Racing Heart Palpitation ?

I bumped just 4 times on bath salts at 1:30 pm and can t believe have Heart racing, I am not coming down. Its 1100 pm... Do I just ride this out or is there something safe to take to sleep?

If by bump u used a needle[?] it will take several hrs b4 it wears off, you will 'crash'[come dwn] and sleep for awhile....you could try a sleeping pill but it may counter act the salts and give you a "buzz" like a up and down feeling.
