Does Back Pain,high Basal Body Temperature And Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?

am i pregnant? i had an ectopic and undergone a laparoscopy in the left tube (partial salpingectomy) in 11.1.13. now i am taking endogen-hp 75IU, Clofert 50 for day3 to day 7 and duphaston 10mg for day 16-25. on 12th day after my last period my doc tested me and reported that i have developed a 17 mm folicle and advised an HCG 5000 Injection on day 14th. now i am having higher than natural basal body temp and feeling tired and sleepy. i also have back pain and had leg and feet cramping for two days. i am now on 31 days after my last period. am i pregnant? please help.

Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
The best way to check for pregnancy early is to do a blood test for beta HCG preferably on 2 days. If rising levels are seen then pregnancy is positive.
