Hello,

your white blood cells (WBC) are more likely to be affected by the painful situation. Aspirin won't affect them. Any inflammatory situation and every kind of stress may result in WBC level elevation. Even pain may cause increased WBC. So if you feel pain, you don't need to suffer. You can take the painkiller.
I hope I've helped!
If you need more information, please ask and I'll be glad to help more.

Kind Regards!
