Does Anxiety Cause Chest Pain And Breathing Difficulty?

My ECG, TMT and CK-MB are perfectly normal. I have anxiety issues, and taking medication for that, . I am 21 years old, female. I have a pretty healthy lifestyle. I eat well. But at times, when I feel anxious, my left arm starts aching, my shoulder or even my neck at times, I feel breathless, chest pain is there which is on any side, left, middle or right. There is chest tightness, nausea at times, light-headedness, numb feeling in feet and fatigue. Are these due to anxiety? Or symptoms of heart attack?

Since your ECG, TMT, CK-MB are normal, it is highly unlikely these are symptoms of any cardiac problem. It is all probably due to anxiety. It is good that you have a good life style. Physical exercise, meditation, good sleep, all will go a long way to reduce the anxiety, and help you prevent these problems you are having.
