Does An Overdose Of Drugs Cause Vomiting And Spitting?

I can't stop spitting up and eventually throwing up 12 hours after smoking crystal meth. I am not inordinately high and I smoked some marijuana wrapped in a swisher cigar called a blunt. I drank some soda pop and then the problem started... started with a lil fizzy acidy type of spit up. Then graduated to multiple puke sessions. It subsides for a while but i still feel lousy but not neccesarily like I will die... But I have never died before so I have nothing to go on. I have heard drinking milk helps overdoses and that all overdoses are not fatal. Is this an overdose or did I burn a whole in my stomach or something with the combination of speed/weed. I cant even hold down water right now and don't want to go to the hospital because I have no medical insurance and obama care hasn't kicked in yet and I can't afford the bills. So any home remedy would be appreciated. I'm going to try some egg nog milk n whatever else i can drink to seee if i can keep it down. There is little information out there please let me know asap.

Cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome is a disorder that is characterized by recurrent nausea, vomiting and colicky abdominal pain.
These symptoms have been alleviated temporarily by taking a hot shower or bath or more permanently by abstaining from the use of cannabis.
