Does Absence Of Fetal Pole Indicate A Miscarriage?

My lmp is on 18/5/2017.pregnancy test positive on 22/6/17.having spotting from 24/6/17 to till now.from dark brown to red sometime.only when wiped.took an usg on 3/07/17 and a gestational sac is seen in upper uterine section measuring 9.4mm.(5wks 6days)no foetal pole or yolk sac seen.administered hucog 5000hp im weekly.duphaston tds .folvate.next usg date given on 18/6/17.only some nausea feeling.no cramps no dizziness.cant take hcg test as i am taking hucog.my question is it is normal or not?am i having a miscarriage?

Hi I think you should wait for the scan report. It will clear your doubt. If again fetal pole is not there, it will be an anembryonic pregnancy which needs to be terminated. Hope it helps.
