Hello there, thanks for writing in. Your concern is justified. Any wound inflicted on the body gives a scar. Similarly, a wound inflicted in the uterus does give a scar. You need to correctly understand two things here.
1. The possible effects of myomectomy - Myomectomy does give a scar on the uterus but it is unlikely to cause infertility unless the uterus is distorted near the origin of fallopian tubes during surgery. This leads to blockage of tubes and possible infertility. But in your case, its a successful surgery as you have been able to conceive.
There is a slight possibility of your myomectomy scar giving way in the last few weeks of pregnancy, if during surgery the wound extended through the wall of the uterus into the endometrial cavity. But when the surgery is performed meticulously, this risk is very low.

2. Effects of surgical termination of pregnancy- yes, there is a slight possibility of future infertility although very low about 1 or 2%. This happens when the procedure is not performed gently and when the lower most part of uterine lining is scraped off (basal) leading to endometrial scarring. Also with any surgical procedure on the body there is a risk of introducing an infection. In this case , there is possibility of infection of endometrium (endometritis) which can make conception difficult.

Having enumerated the possibility, if you are under a good physician care who can carry out the procedure safely and effectively, the risk of future infertility is negligible. I would recommend you to have a detailed discussion with your doctor before making decision. Hope this helps. Take care.
