Hello and welcome to HCM,
Masturbation is a physical process and it does not have any deleterious effect on sexual life later on.
However, over-indulgence is not good and thus avoided.
At the same time, personal hygiene should also be maintained.
Spermatocoele is a fluid filled swelling in the spermatic cord and does not interfere with sperm production.
However, spermatocoele may become nuisance owing to its size.
Thus, I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and surgical removal of the same.

Thanks and take care
