Does A Recurrent Shooting Pain Under The Foot Indicate An Inflamed Nerve?

I get in the bottom of my foot shooting pain sometimes like electricity is going through my foot. The pain comes for s few seconds the goes away for 5 seconds and then comes back. I took an Indocin pill which seems to work after 45 minutes or so. Is this an inflamed nerve or what? It s painfull!!!

After reading your post, it seems that you are having neurological pain.
I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a Neurophysician.
Gabapentin along with Methylcobalamine supplement will help in relieving your symptoms.
