Does A Person With Cd3 And Cd4 Absolute Being Lower Than Normal Have Hiv?
i just had coffee with a friend of 30 years. he said his cd3. 4 and 8 is normal. but his cd3 and cd4 absolute is lower than normal. does he have hiv?? he is heterosexual , married but have few other people that he has sex. i am worried for him . he is going out of his mind. please advise. his total t cells within normal.

If the Cd 3 , 4, 8 count is normal then he may not be HVI positive but this does not rule out the possibility of infection, because other parameters are equally important to come on conclusion, if the positive HVI patient is on treatment then Cd count can be under control and this does not mean that he /she is not Positive, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
