Does a mole oozing white puzz like a zit mean it s nodular melanoma? It was a small, normal mole, however a clear round raised portion behind this mole has occurred in the last couple months, of which today it oozed white puss. Googling it only led me to nodular melanoma..

Yes it could, but in most cases it represents secondary infection. go for EXCISIONAL BIOPSY as it is not only diagnostic but therapeutic too..
