Your BP is within the normal range, the normal range of systolic BP is between 100-140 and diastolic BP is between 60-90mmHg..... Both the upper and lower limit are under control.. salt restricted diet, exercise, reduction in weight (if obese) , maintaining blood lipid level control will help you to lead a Normal life....

I suppose by "rounded head", you mean dizziness. As your BP is normal (remember that mild variations in BP are also considered normal), at your age, you need not worry if it occured only once. Just drink plenty of fluids and opt for a healthy lifestyle with adeqaute relaxation and physical exercise. If it repeats frequently, then consult your family doctor, who after initial assessment can refer you to appropriate specialist.
