Does Zotreem Plus Helps In Lowering The Appetite?

hi Dr,
am sara i just started taking zotreem plus,today is my 2 day and i felt so tasty but i drank i lot of water but my mouth kept tasting bitter and i felt as if i was going to throw up but it does keep full so that i wont eat does it really work?? am i doing anything wrong??plz help:)

Zotreem plus is a herbal product from China that contains many extracts from various herbs that are known to boost metabolism and suppress appetite by changing the neurotransmitters balance in brain centers. In immediate period of use these drugs can cause excessive sweating, palpitation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, a rise or fall in blood pressure or cardiac arrhythmia.
If other measures of the weight reduction are added to this like exercise and dieting then there can be a drastic weight reduction and it can lead to gall stone formation.
