Does Zithromax Cause Chest Pain And Cough?
I was recently told I have an enlarge heart, a touch of pneumonia, a hiatal hernia, and fluid in my lungs. I was prescribed medrol dosepack, zithromax, and tessalon perles, and even after taking all the meds I still feel sick I have chest pain, cough, I feel confused, weak and my eyes look tired glossy and gloomy! Could this be side effects of the medicine or indications of a more serious problem?

is the chest pain increased ?
feeling confused/drowsy is a most common side effect of tessalon..
chest pain can be a side effect of azithromycin/tessalon..
if the symptoms are mild then you can continue..but if symptoms are gradually increasing meet your doctor for dose change or change of medication..
