Does Vitamin C And Garlic Tablets Help Detoxify THC From Body?

Hi I am trying to flush my body of all toxins primarly THC as I am done with the drug completly, I would like to flush it out as soon as possible. I am starting a vitamin C and garlic tablets as well as niacin tablets all together taking them through out the day. Is this a good way to help detoxify and get all metabolites out of my system quicker then doing nothing. I am also working out as much as I can I am obese and worried it will take to long to flush all these toxic metabolites out???

I appreciate your decision of quitting marijuana as it has many short and long term adverse effects on physical, mental, social and financial health. After smoking marijuana, it usually stays in body in form of metabolites from 1-6 days for occasional users to up to 90 days for heavily addicted users. Half life of marijuana is about one week, meaning 50% of the drug metabolizes within a week while other 50% may take its time.

However, there are some ways that can help you to flush THC, the active metabolite of marijuana out of the body. I am giving some tips here:

First of all, watch what you eat and eat the right food. THC is fat soluble so eating fatty food may make THC's stay in body for longer time. You want to eat nutritious food that are rich in antioxidants to detoxify THC and fibrous food that can help in removing THC through stool. Avoid junk and oily food and eat more of fruits, leafy vegetables and whole grains. Vitamin rich foods like avocado, fruits, potatoes can help. Niacin is the best vitamin to clear THC from body. Peanuts, mushroom, green peas, sunflower seeds, avocado are rich in Niacin.

You should drink as much water as you can. Water is the best fluid to throw metabolites out of the system through urine. To have an alternative, you can have juices and low calorie drinks.

You are already exercising and that is good for detoxifying and eliminating THC metabolites out of the system through sweat. Also, more working out makes you drink more water and that is also useful as mentioned earlier. Furthermore, exercise reduces fat and THC is fat soluble. So burning fat will be beneficial in giving less opportunity for THC to stay in fatty tissues. Some cardio with strength exercises and swimming will be good exercises.

Last and not the least, though it seems hard to believe, resting is essential in detoxification too as most of the detoxification process in the body work when you are sleeping. So try to rest and relax as much as you can.
