Does Valium Cause False Positive Urine Test Result For Opiates?
I recently took 100mg of valium over a 72 hr period. I am 27, 170lbs 5foot10inches with an average metabolism. I go to a suboxone clinic for my opiate addiction and dont want benzos to show up in my urine screen. Is there anything I can do to increase the rate at which the diazepam and its metabolites will be excreted from my body? I read it can take up to 6 weeks, but then other sources say 3-7 days. I know the valium use was stupid and reckless but I dont want to be discharged from my clinic.

Benzodiazepines may remains in human body system for long time and depends on your body functions may vary from person to person, there is not method that could eliminate its effect earlier but you have to wait for this for few days or even week, hope this information helps, take care.
