Does Tramadol Show Up On A Drug Test?

My daughter was in severe pain Wednesday after pt and did not have anymore of her tramadol pills left I called the doctors office to get a refill but could not get ahold of them, I gave her one of my Tylenol with codeine. I did not get her tramadol to her until she had taken another Tylenol. She had a drug test today at 1 oclock this afternoon. She has been taking her tramadol before she ran out Does tramadol show up on a drug test.

Tramadol is not considered a controlled substance or a narcotic. Tramadol is an opioid, the chemical structure of tramadol (ultram) differs significantly from that of morphine. And so, tramadol alone will not show positive for opiates on a urine drug test. Hope this answers your question.
