Does Terbinafine 250 MG Cause Vision Problem And Loss Of Eyelashes?

Yes, I had been prescribed Terbinafine 250 MG twice daily for the last 2 months. A week or so ago I noticed my eyelashes were 2/3 gone. Also started having vision problems as a result of the lack of eyelashes most likely. Stopped the medication immediately went to Dr. who prescribed it. she found some black spec in white part of my right eye. I m now going to make an appointment with a eye doctor tomorrow as directed by my doctor. Any recommendations on treatment to protect my eye sight and regain hair growth as soon as possible.
