Does Tamsulosin, Zyrtec And Simvastatin Cause Hoarse Throat?

I want to know if there are any side effects from the following drugs that relate to a hoarse throat which I have experienced for about 3-4 months, that cooincided with an endoscopy and just prior to that i started on finasteride. I also take tamulosin, zyrtec, and simvastatin. thanks

Incomplete data like age, gender, purpose of doing endoscopy, any other associate symptom like cough, fever, or difficulty in swallowing.
Of the prescribed medications, Zyrtec (Cetirizine) appears to be responsible for your problem. In addition to causing drowsiness, dizziness, constipation, nausea, dry mouth mouth it can also cause sore throat. So, you are advised to consult your treating doctor to review the prescribed medications and to replace Zyrtec.
