Does Siphene Help To Get Pregnant Fast?

Hiii Dr... I have some problem with infertility and ovulation was not on corr Im so worried...its about 2 years we got married. Im 27 years old and i have no pcod problems. This month also i am taking siphene tablet. Will it be beneficial for me. Please suggest some tips to easy get pregnant.

Clomiphene (siphene) you are using is a drug randomly used in ovulatory dysfunctions and ease the conceiving. Sure it helps you to get pregnant. In the same time you should remember that the time you are trying to get pregnant is important. The ovulation happens in the middle of the cycle if you have a regular one. So if you have a 28-30 days cycle ovulation occurs in 14th, 15th day. You should have unprotected intercourse three days prior and three days after to increase the chances of conceiving.
