Does Ritalin Cause Angriness And Unsociable Feeling?

My husband was diagnosed with adhd 1 year ago he is medicated with Ritalin which he finds makes him extremely angry unsociable unfeeling and his pychyatrist does not ask him any questions and does not want to seem to answer any questions we have in regards to how he is feeling, it does not stop the uncontrollable bad behaviour either we are going back to phychiatrist again this evening and we want to ask the doctor if he would be better suited to I think its called dextrin. we are at a total loss all he wants is to be happy and have some sort of normality in his life. Can you please help Regards Paula

ADHD treated with stimulants like ritalin has these issues and needs a constant touch with a psychiatrist for further management. He needs a psych consult regular basis and compliance with medicine
