Does Regestrone Induce Periods?
I got married in feb 2015 & now we are planning for a baby... but it has been about 3 months, i couldn t conceive...now my periods are late by 20 days but pregnancy test is negative... as i consulted to doctor for delayed periods, she prescribed for regestrone 5 mg, 3 times a day for 3 days... Now i am confused... i need to conceive but i am having regestrone, which avoid pregnancy... what to do... please help!

The medication is only for a three day period and it would not stop you from conceiving after it is discontinued.
It has been given to try to help induce your period.
You can use it as suggested and start trying to conceive after the course and the period have been completed.
