Does Prednisone Ingestion By An Infant Cause Any Adverse Side Effect?

My 2 year old had accidentally got a hold of a 20mg prednisone and chewed up half of it, so she only took 10mg of it. The pharmacy women told me she should be okay since it was a one time dose, maybe just trouble sleeping tonight or a little anxious, but I want a second opinion just to be safe and ease my mind a little better.
