Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain, one thing that you need to understand is that skin complexion is genetically determined and it can be improved only if you have got darkening of the complexion due to some underlying causes.

As far as Panderm plus cream is concerned it is a combination of antibiotic, antifungal and steroid combination. It can be used for brightening of the skin but is not a completely appropriate combination.

I would suggest you to first of all consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations as per the suspected cause can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.

In case of hyperpigmentation that occurred due to some underlying cause, you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.

You can apply creams containing Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin. Vitamin E and C containing creams can help. Creams that are rich in licorice extract and grapeseed extract can be helpful.

Always apply a sunscreen lotion to reduce photosensitivity effect. You should exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle face scrub. Treatments like chemical peeling, Photofacial, Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers etcetera can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora
