Does Marijuana Smoking Cause A Feeling Of Something Stuck In The Throat?

as of a few days ago my throat feels like there is something stuck in it but it goes away when i m resting and then comes back. kind of feels like im trying to swalow a marble. almost feels like theres an air bubble in my throat and chest. any idea to what it is? i smoked for a bit and do smoke marijuana and thats normally when it gets worse.

Understanding your concern. As per your query yes marijuana smoking cause a feeling of something stuck in the throat. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergy reaction or throat infection due to lower immunity. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to stop smoking marijuana , do warm saline gargles thrice a day daily and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get better then consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test , vital culture test along with examination of throat with laryngoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin along with anti inflammatory and vitamin supplement . Doctor may also prescribe anti allergic .
