Hi..
Thanks for the query..
Lomela is a steroid based cream and if it is used for
skin whitening, then initially there is a possibility that you might get good results..
But in long term steroid based creams can have serious side effects and dependency..
It can make the skin further pigmented on stopping the use and along with it, rashes, itching, bumps and
excessive hair growth on face can be seen..
So I would not suggest you to use it without proper advise by a skin specialist..
You can however use safer fairness creams like
Kojic acid containing creams..
You can also use combination containing Kojic acid,
glycolic acid and vitamin E.
Take Vitamin C supplements.
You can use a face scrub twice a week.
Use a sunscreen lotion before going out and avoid direct exposure to sun..
You can also go for Photofacial and
chemical peels..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
