Hi Siddiqi,
Thanks for writing in to Healthcare Magic!
You are probably confused about the relation of levolin and cardiac sinus node and the sinuses in our facial bones. Levolin affects the sinus node, causes tachycardia that is rapid heart rate but does not affect the sinuses.
If you are a COPD patient then Duolin is better than Levolin for you.
you should avoid taking oral Omnacortil, I would suggest if you have respiratory problem more than thrice a week then it is better to take regular inhaler therapy in supervision of a good physician.
If you have any further query please let me know I would try to answer it for you.
Wish you a great health!
