Hello
Lisinopril is an anti hypertensive drug and this is ace inhibitors and mainly used in patients having Hypertension, congestive cardiac failure & acute myocardial infarction.
While diltiazime is calcium channel blockers and mainly used in patients having :Vasospstic angina, chronic stable angina, Hypertension ATRIAL fibrillation, atrial flutter , paroxymal supraventricular tachycardia .
Maximum dose of LISINOPRIL IS 40 mg ( while you were taking 20 mg twice in day i.e. maximum dose.
While maximum dose of diltiazime is 240 mg in divided doses.
These both drugs have different mechanism of action , so I recommend you consult your doctor and get his opinion because self medication is dangerous for health.
Good luck.
