Does Imipramine Cause Tingling Hands And Feet, Racing Heart And Fatigue?
My son is eleven and has taken 20 days of imipramine and is complaining of car sickness very quickly, tingling in hands, arms and feet, hyperventilation at times, 120 heart rate and gets super tired easily during physical activity and seems a little confused at times. He takes 25 mg once daily and he weighs 70 lbs. I was wondering if we should take him off or lower the dosage or just keep watching him closely.

I really appreciate your concern, it is good idea to take him off the drug but in my opinion it needs to be done under the medical supervision so better consult the doctor, tapering of the dose is the best way, still needs medical advise and counselling Hope this information helps.
