Does HIDA Scan During Pregnancy Cause Harm To The Fetus?

I recently had a HIDA SCAN not knowing I was pregnant because I had tested week prior and it came out negative. My question is what high are the risks for birth defects and will everything turn out OK....I know there maybe a change but what are the risks of all this???? Please help!!!!

see HIDA scan uses very small amount of radioactivity and it is almost harmless for adult people....only risks are allergic reactions...but in a pregnant lady, there is some risk for the growing fetus...
for the amount of risk, you should consult your radiologist...to know how much was the exposure and the associated risk...

dont worry as of now...
talk to your doctor....
