I have been hoarse since about October 28th, 2013. I had bronchitis for about a month so the doctor thought that was why I was hoarse. I saw an ENT who put a scope down my nose and looked at my vocal cords. She also had me make a few sounds to see if they were operating properly and they were. I was diagnosed with GERD about 15 years ago but I rarely have symptoms. Could this be causing the hoarseness? I have no pain when swallowing.
