Hello dear, understand your concern. Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors antidepressant. Fluoxetine affects chemicals in the brain that may be unbalanced in people with depression, panic, anxiety, or obsessive-compulsive symptoms. Fluoxetine is used to treat major depressive disorder, bulimia nervosa, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder. Most common side effects are below: sleep problems, feeling anxious or nervous headache, dizziness, vision changes, pain, weakness, yawning upset stomach, dry mouth, sweating, hot flashes, changes in weight or appetite. But note that it does not affect the pregnancy test. I should advice you to repeat the Urinary pregnancy test. Also do test for Blood HCG leve; that is more accurate than urinary kit.
