Does Femilon Cause Nausea And Vomiting?
Hi, i am 25 years n married. I was advised to.take femilon by my doctor. I started to take the same on my second day of menstrual cycle and after taking it for three days, i am having a feeling of nausea and vomiting. I wish to stop taking this pill. Can i stop it immediately? Will it have any side effects on my menstrual cycle if i stop it right away? pls suggest Thanks n regards shweta

Femilon may cause nausea and vomiting initially when you start taking it.
you need not to worry, it will be subsided, so continue with femilon as your doctor advised.
you can take antiacidity medicines like pantoprazole or ranitidine and antiemetic like domperidone if it's intolerable, for 3 to 5 days.
if it persists even after with theae medicines than you should stop it and switch over to another alternative for contraception.
