Does Eliquis Cause Sensitivity Of The Skin?
I have been on Eliquist for two months or a blood clot. I was in the sun and now have a rash on my face. Did Eliquist contribute to this sun sensitivity? When a blood clot is dissolving is there a stinging feeling in the leg or any sensations of slight localized pain?

Eliquis is an anticoagulant which can be responsible for many side effects, including skin rash, the photosensitivity reaction is found among people who take Eliquis, especially female, older than 60 years, have been taking the drug for more than 1 month.
If you have the sensation of stinging or numbness in your leg you should have an emergency medical examination to roll out a spinal blood clot which can be caused by Eliquis.
