Does Dexona And Wincarb Cause Any Side Effects?

Hi , I am a 25 year old guy and my weight is 60 kgs. I am taking APP-UP tablet (For hunger). Dexona for digestion after meal twice a day. Wincarb (Iron folic energy tablets berfore sleep with milk). Is there any side effects of these tablets .. ?

Thank you for posting your query on HCM
APP - UP is Cyproheptidine which is an anti histamine. It stimulates appetite and leads to weight gain. The main side effect is that it is sedative and hence you should not drive or be at a place where you have to be alert.
Dexona is Dexamethasone and it is NOT a digestive. It is a powerful corticosteroid and can have harmful side effects like diabetes, high BP, weak bones, infections, striae on the skin and an abnormal weight gain.
I think you should taper and stop it before it harms you.
