It is used for the prophylaxis and relief of reversible bronchospasm associated with asthma (acute and chronic), bronchitis including chronic bronchitis, emphysema and other obstructive airway diseases where reversible airway narrowing occurs. However, you need to take this drug with caution as you have cardiac complaints and it might cause adverse effect on the activity of the heart.
