Dear Sunshine Ma'am,
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
Common side effects of Chantix (Varenicline) include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, indigestion, constipation, dry mouth or unpleasant taste in mouth. The symptoms of hot flashes, heart burn and increased hunger could be due to some hormonal imbalance like thyroid problem. You are advised to consult a physician for a work up to rule out hyperthyroidism and to adjust the dose of HRT to control the symptoms following hysterectomy.
Hope this will help.
