Does Bisoprolol Cause Extreme Tiredness?

I am experiencing extreme tiredness and suspect it is a side effect of the 20mg of Bisoprolol I take to help reduce BP and HR. I also take 30mg of Adalat, 10mg of Ramipril, 1.5mg of Indapamide MR and 10mg or Atorvastatin. I am a 50 year old man with a chronic type B aortic dissection and thoracoabdominal aneurysm of 5cm. Is there something that could replace the Bisoprolol whilst still ensuring my HR remains around 55 and BP at 110/60? Thanks
