Does Azelastine Spray Help In Reducing The Burning Sensation In The Nostrils?

Hi, I have a burning sensation in my left nostril when I inhale. My Dr prescribed prednisone, which alleviated it and I felt great, but I have finished the medicine and now the burning has returned. I also have Azelastine Spray and it does not help with the burning. Please help...

Hello

It is likely that you are having an inflammation in your nose and azelastine may not be effective in reducing it.Please meet your ent doctor , for prescribing steroid nasal sprays as they will be more useful for you. Thanks
