Hello, and I hope I can help you today.

Neither the Augnentin you are taking nor the Nystatin suppositories will harm you, the pregnancy or the baby. Neither of these infections can spread to your husband.

The Augmentin is the more important one as staph aureus in the vagina can put you at risk for preterm labor if the infection spreads.

Candida Albicans is just yeast- and is not harmful to you or the baby. Unless you are having symptomatic discharge or itching, you don't really need to treat it at all. You may want to wait to use the vaginal tablets until you finish the antibiotic because antibiotics frequently make Candida infections worse.

I hope I was able to answer your question today and that my advice was helpful. Best wishes for the rest of the pregnancy, Dr. Brown
