Does Amoxicillin Help In Treatment Of Boils On Buttocks?

My husband has a bad sinus infection can he take gimalxina amoxicillina also he has a lot of boils coming up on his butt. What can he do for that will the amoxicillina help. With his sinus he is coughing up mucus and he has a sore throat and his nose is running and he has a slight fever

Amoxicillin is a broad spectrum antibiotic used to treat various infections including sinus infection and boils on his butt. Keeping a good local hygiene is also highly recommended.

Apart amoxicillin, he might need:
- local antiseptics (betadine)
- mucolytic to help dissolve and clear up the mucus
- oral antiseptic spray
- anti-inflammatory medications
- probiotics to normalize intestinal flora as it might be altered due to amoxicillin use
