Hi i took a little too much adderall last night and got very nauseous, headache, and a noticeable rise in temp of my body. i woke up at 8 am today feeling ok but when i went to take a shower it pretty much all came back i haven t thrown up today and i managed to get some cereal down but other than that i keep feeling like i have to throw up/cramps/ and a headache ..... what should i do? I already took some milk of magnesium and that helped lessen the severity of the cramps but their still there.

Adderall is not a 24 hr drug. Hydration and foods rich in potassium (orange juice, paprika, cinnamon, among most vegetable products), are often helpful. Mainly it iwll run it's course. Inflammatory and hypermetabolic states are most easily seen when there is another source of temperature (exercise, heat, hot showers) and these should be avoided for about 24 to 48 hrs.
