Does 90% Rate Of Abnormal Sperms Indicate Complication In Getting Pregnant?

Hi my husband had a SA done and everything looked good except that he had a 90% rate of abnormal sperm, all other levels are well with in the normal range and he had a good number of sperm per ML should we have him checked out further or is this an issue that would complicate getting pregnant?

Firstly please read the link- https://www.lybrate.com/topic/improving-sexual-health-male/c2d102381098b2c50e904c6d65b2c75d

Now, other parameters are within normal range except that only 10% sperms are normal. We need to know their morphology and motility and then need to find out the cause of such abnormality. If possible, we should treat the cause. Even the cause is not found or cannot be corrected, pregnancy is still possible with his sperms (whatever little normal sperms he is having. So, no need to worry.
