Do Weird Sensation In Navel And Delayed Periods Suggest Pregnancy?

Today while outside I felt like this tingly weird sensation in around and in my belly button then while laying down it felt like a little ball roll on the right. Side of my belly and I am bloated...my periods were late but they did come but I m usually on time and pregnancy test said negative I took it a couple days after I missed my period but then it came and then I took another one a couple days later and still negative but I didn t take them in the morning what is it ? Oh and my boyfriends doctor said I could be pregnant if the periods keep coming late but idk

Pregnancy is not possible if menstrual cycles are continuing.
Pregnancy is characterized by absence of menstrual cycles.
Menstrual cycles may be preceded by bloating sensation and that is called pre-menstrual syndrome.
Pre-menstrual syndrome occurs under the influence of hormones (progesterone) and is characterized by bloating, fullness, breast tenderness, etc.
Delayed periods can occur due to many reasons, hormonal imbalance being the commonest cause.
If the delay is consistent, you may consult your gynecologist for relevant investigation and thus management.
